Konto löschen
Du kannst dein Chessura-Konto jederzeit löschen, mit allem, was dazu gehört.
In der App
- Öffne Chessura und tippe unten auf Profil.
- Tippe unter „Konto“ auf Konto löschen und bestätige.
Das Konto ist damit sofort gelöscht, und die App beginnt wieder von vorn.
Ohne die App
Schreib uns an support@chessura.app mit dem Betreff „Konto löschen“. Nenne deinen Spielernamen und, wenn du ihn hast, deinen Freundescode. Wir löschen das Konto innerhalb von 30 Tagen und bestätigen dir das per Mail.
Was gelöscht wird
- dein Konto und die Anmeldung mit Apple, Google oder E-Mail
- dein Spielstand, also Fortschritt, Stärke, Siegel, Sammlung und Fehler-Box
- Duelle, Partien, Freundschaften und deine Mitgliedschaft im Verein
- deine Nachrichten im Chat
- die Nutzungsdaten, die mit deinem Konto verbunden sind
Was bleibt
- Meldungen über dich bleiben ohne Verbindung zu deinem Konto noch bis zu sechs Monate, mit deinem Spielernamen von damals und der gemeldeten Nachricht. Das Protokoll der Entscheidungen der Moderation bleibt drei Jahre, ohne Bezug zu deinem Konto.
- Ein Abo endet nicht von selbst. Kündige es vorher im App Store oder bei Google Play. Kaufbelege verwalten Apple und Google.
Delete your account
You can delete your Chessura account at any time, together with everything that belongs to it.
In the app
- Open Chessura and tap Profile at the bottom.
- Under “Account”, tap Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted at once, and the app starts over.
Without the app
Write to support@chessura.app with the subject “Delete account”. Give your player name and, if you have it, the friend code from your profile. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by mail.
What is deleted
- your account and the sign-in with Apple, Google or email
- your progress, meaning strength, seals, collection and mistake box
- duels, games, friendships and your club membership
- your chat messages
- the usage data tied to your account
What is kept
- Reports about you are kept for up to six more months without a link to your account, with your player name at the time and the reported message. The log of moderation decisions is kept for three years, without reference to your account.
- A subscription does not end by itself. Cancel it in the App Store or on Google Play first. Apple and Google keep the receipts.
Eliminar tu cuenta
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta de Chessura cuando quieras, junto con todo lo que le pertenece.
En la app
- Abre Chessura y toca Perfil abajo.
- En “Cuenta”, toca Eliminar cuenta y confirma.
La cuenta se elimina al instante y la app empieza de nuevo.
Sin la app
Escribe a support@chessura.app con el asunto “Eliminar cuenta”. Indica tu nombre de jugador y, si lo tienes, el código de amigo de tu perfil. Eliminamos la cuenta en un plazo de 30 días y lo confirmamos por correo.
Qué se elimina
- tu cuenta y el inicio de sesión con Apple, Google o correo
- tu progreso, es decir, fuerza, sellos, colección y caja de errores
- duelos, partidas, amistades y tu pertenencia a un club
- tus mensajes de chat
- los datos de uso vinculados a tu cuenta
Qué se conserva
- Los reportes sobre ti se conservan hasta seis meses más sin vínculo con tu cuenta, con tu nombre de jugador de entonces y el mensaje reportado. El registro de las decisiones de moderación se conserva tres años, sin relación con tu cuenta.
- Una suscripción no termina sola. Cancélala antes en el App Store o en Google Play. Apple y Google conservan los recibos.
